Camp Refund Policy

2023 Camp Refund Policy

Once registered, if you should cancel before April 1st 2023, a non-refundable, non- transferable fee of $150.00 will be deducted from your refund. Between April 2nd and May 31st, 2023 it is a $300.00 non-refundable, non-transferable fee. After June 1st up to 10 days before camp attendance it is $500.00 non-refundable, non-transferable fee. There are no refunds or transfers of payments within 10 days of camp attendance, during camp or during an online program.

CC fees charged by Paypal are not included in refunds.


Camper Credits/Rollovers

~ For planning purposes and rental payments to our venues, Rollover funds from 2022 are only available until April 1st. After this date, we cannot continue to hold your spot, families can no longer use rollovers/credits and we cannot not issue any refunds.

~ If your rollover/credit covers full tuition, you will still be charged a $50 registration fee for 2023. This covers work previously done ie; scheduling bonus classes, reserving rooms and roommates with Venue organizers, processing online paperwork and health forms, processing TCRG forms with CLRG, stocking stuffer mailed with free gift etc.
