Arrival and Departure Times

Camp Arrival

• Arrival times for all campers and family members are posted below
• No camper will be permitted to be dropped off and left with Staff (unattended) before check in time starts.
• Please allow at least 1 to 1½ hours for the registration process.
• Each camper MUST complete the registration process before being admitted into camp (as regulated by each state’s health departments).

Registration includes the following:

• Camp Folder Check In
• Camp t-shirt pick-up
• Dorm room check-in/ picking up room key
• Full head to toe screening by a camp nurse
• Parent meeting is scheduled at 2:30 pm for all new and returning families.
• All family members must leave premises by 4pm.

Camp Departure

• Departure times for each location are posted below.
• Our Showcase Performance is open to the public prior to camp check out. See below for start times.
• Parents who are picking campers up are not permitted to do so until check out time listed.
• All campus must be signed out by a parent or guardian before leaving campus.
