NEXT… please follow the following steps to confirm registration

~ Once we receive your deposit of $420.00 ALONG with the TCRG form, we will then e-mail you a confirmation and receipt notifying your child(ren) that they will be attending Camp in 2017. If you do not receive an e-mail within 2 weeks of registration, please contact the office.


Tuition Deposit can be made by check, money order or credit card (Paypal).

~ Health forms need to be downloaded, filled out completely and mailed back to the office before June 1st (postmark).
*Don't wait! Make Doctor's appt's early so that you do not run into a deadline problem as we get closer to camp.

~ As per new CLRG rules, Campers must have signed permission for their pupil to attend camp BEFORE registration can be confirmed.

~ Camp Balances must be paid before due date in order to not incur late fees. Balance Due Dates are:
California Campers: June 1st, 2017
New York Campers: June 1st, 2017

~ If you are flying or taking a train and need to use the Camp Shuttle, you will need to fill out a Transport Form.
